• Report requests: first name, last name, email address and phone number.
• Diagnostic (quiz): first name, email address, phone number, Instagram account (optional) and your answers.
• Appointment bookings: name, email address, phone number and information about your beauty salon.
• Messages or chat conversations: the content of your messages.

• Sending you the report and your results, and responding to your enquiries: fulfilling your request.
• Sending you email advice related to your professional activity: legitimate interest. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email.
• Arranging and following up on your discovery call: pre-contractual steps.
• Performing the contract and invoicing clients: performance of the contract and legal obligations.

Your data is used only by Smart Funnel Lab and its technical service providers (website hosting, customer relationship management, email and SMS delivery, appointment booking), who act on its behalf. Your data is never sold.

Some service providers are located outside the European Union, particularly in the United States. These transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards (European Commission standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework).

• People who contact us without becoming clients: 3 years after the last contact.
• Clients: for the duration of the contract, then for the period required by law (10 years for invoices).

You can request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of its use, or data portability, or object to its use by writing to contact@smartfunnellab.fr. You will receive a response within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
